Hughes, hief 148 RESOLUTION NO. _71 7-20 WHEREAS, the City of Southlake is empowered to levy taxes for the use and support of the Municipal Gov- ernment; And WHEREAS, such taxes are to be levied on a fair and equal basis; Now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: 1. 1 The City Council of the City of Southlake does herebyauthorizetheMayortoemployM. E. Whiteside, a quali-fied Tax Assessor, to assess property values for the Tax Roll for 1972. 2. M. E.
