RESOLUTION NO. _71 7-20
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake is
empowered to levy taxes for the use
and support of the Municipal Gov-
ernment; And
WHEREAS, such taxes are to be levied
on a fair and equal basis; Now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:

The City Council of the City of Southlake does herebyauthorizetheMayortoemployM. E. Whiteside, a quali-fied Tax Assessor, to assess property values for the
Tax Roll for 1972.

M. E. Whiteside is to receive 125 - per month for a
twelve month period commencing with the date of this
Resolution.
