PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS
July 28, 1970
TO THE CITY COUNCIL
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS
Gentlemen :
ZA_70-1 The recommendation of the Commission on the
request of Wesley Ballmann for A-10 and L District
zoning on his six acres next to the North Texas Horse-
shoe Institute is for disapproval. It was the Com-
mission's unanimous decision that this request does
not conform to the Master Plan.
ZA- 0- It is the Commission's unanimous decision to
recommend approval of the request for change in zoning
to A-3 made by M. W. Farmer in order to compl? with
that part of Ordinance No. 161 pertaining to servants'
quarters".
It is the further recommendation of the Commission that
certificates of occupancy" be issued in accordance
with Ordinance No. 161 page 60).

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 161
OF THE CITY OF SOUT$LAKE SY CHANGING
THE FEE FOR PROCESSING A ?TONING CHANGE
RECOBST FROM $2$.00 TO $50.00.
WHEREAS, after receipt of request for change of zoning
ordinance from Planning and Zoning Commission having been
received, due notice of public hearing published, and public
hearing having been conducted all iin compliance with Ordinance
161 of the City of Southlake, Texas, and the applicable laws of
the State of Texas,
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas:
SECTION A. The certain Ordi Hance No, 161 passed by the City
Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7, 1969,
is hereby amended insofar as Section X:, Paragraph 2 is concern-
ed by changing:
2. The fee for processing a zoning change request
shall be $50.00."
SECTION B. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by
this Ordinance 161-20, and all prior amendments, remains in
effect in all other respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage, and
is so passed this day of 1970.
