We, the undersigned, James A. Harrell Jr. RaymondC. Davis and Joel M. Hedge, all of Dallas County, Texas, here-inafter called Petitioners, represent as follows:
1 That they are the owners of a tract of .land outoftheJohnChildressSurvey, Abstract X54, in Tarrant County,Texas, being part of a tract of land conveyed to W. C. HalbackfromJ. K. Thomas and wife, Eva J. Thomas, by Deed recordedinVol. 2017, Page 171, Deed Records, Tarrant County , Texas,more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
