INVOCATION: Councilman Sweet.
MINUTES of the last regular meeting were
approved as presented.
Discussion was had concerning whether or not SPECIAL USE
to discuss the matter of renewing the Alcohol PERMITS RE
is Use permit for the Circle E Food Market in YATES AND
the absence of the City Attorney, and whether CIRCLE E
or not another public hearing is necessary.
The Mayor stated he was opposed to further
delay. James Harrell, Chairman of the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission, addressed the
Council restating the reasons for the P&Z's
recommendation for approval in that the
City's requirements had all been met. The

Mayor request the City Attorney to review the
matter and develop an ordinance of this type
for Council to consider.
The proposed subdivision ordinance was tabled PROPOSED SUB-

The coverage of a service and maintenance BURROUGHS MAID'

consideration, Council took affirmative
action to accept Burroughs' maintenance
agreement effective 1 March 1977 at a cost
of $744.26.

Sweet X
Mayor Pro Tem Hawk informed the Council that. TRAIL CREEK
Pat Craig, one of the residents in Trail PLAT AMENDMENT

to the plat of Trail Creek considered by the
Planning & Zoning Commission.
Council held a lengthy and detailed discus- SEWER COST

that Council meet with its fiscal adviser to
help resolve some of their questions. The
mayor advised he is contemplating a work
session possibly 17 March 1977.
