IT shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firs or corpoya- tions to discharge any gun, pistol or firearm of any kind. or wh© discharges an air rifle or air pistol of any description, or what. over name known that operates by moans of compressed air, compressed gas, springsr or any other means which is capable of discharging shots# pellsta or any solid object at a velocity in excess of three hundred 1300) feet per second, or discharges any cannoA cracker, or torpedo on, across or within fire hundred (306) feet of any publics square, street or alley or within three hundred (300) fret of any business establishment, in the Town of Southlake, Toss•e.
