PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Dear Property Owner:
A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Southlake.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use per Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(2), for an accessory building or structure
of a size or aggregate size greater than permitted on property described as Lot 2R, Block 2,
Stony Brook, and located at 2645 Park Grove Loop, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
Current Zoning: “RPUD” Residential Planned Unit District
The request is to seek approval of a Special Exception Use for an approximately 810 square-
foot open-air covered pavilion with an attached bathroom and storage room.
If you wish to register your views on the matter, you may complete and send the enclosed
Notification Response Form to the Planning & Development Services Department. You are
encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because changes
are often made during the review process.
