The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use per Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(2), for an accessory building or structure of a size or aggregate size greater than permitted on property described as Lot 2R, Block 2, Stony Brook, and located at 2645 Park Grove Loop, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: “RPUD” Residential Planned Unit District The request is to seek approval of a Special Exception Use for an approximately 810 square- foot open-air covered pavilion with an attached bathroom and storage room.
