Randall Owen and Charity Owen, 2130 East Highland, Southlake, Tx., came forward with comments and concerns. A motion was made to approve Item 10, ZA25-0056 subject to the Staff Report dated September 4th, 2025, also subject to the Plat Review Summary No. 2 dated September 4th, 2025, and noting the comments from homeowners and neighbors and the applicant's willingness to discuss with the city and City Council the construction entrance off Kimball Avenue for the development. Having an entrance that is similar in quality and aesthetics as the Hawkwood development. The developer discussing with the city and neighbors, off East Highland Street, sewer access for those neighbors. Also discussing with the developer and the city the implementation of sidewalks on East Highland Street and the applicant's willingness to discuss with the city and the neighbors that own the lot south of lots 4 and 5 the utility connections and the removal of utility poles on the property.
