Secretary.

Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities Chair Laura McCaskill called
the meeting to order at 5:32 P.M.
2. PUBLIC FORUM
Chair McCaskill opened the Public Forum at 5:32 P.M.
Marissa Mahon, 2949 River Crest Street, Grapevine, TX 76051 , expressed
gratitude to the Commission for its service.
Chair McCaskill closed Public Forum at 5:34 P.M.

3A. WELCOMES AND INTRODUCTIONS
Chair McCaskill presented item 3A, and the Commission members introduced
themselves and shared why they applied for the commission.

Chair McCaskill introduced assistant City Manager, Stacey Black, who presented
Item 3B and was available to answer questions.
Direction to Staff: NA
3C. COMMISSION CALENDAR AND MEETING LOGISTICS
Chair McCaskill introduced Director of Community Services, David Miller who
presented Item 3C.
Direction to Staff: The Board discussed setting the regular meeting time at 6.30
p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month and agreed to hold meetings at The
Marq Southlake.
4. CONSIDER
4A. APPROVAL OF THE BYLAWS FOR THE ADVISORY COMMISSION ON
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Assistant City Manager Stacey Black presented item 4A, approval of the
Bylaws for the Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities.
APPROVED
A motion was made to approve the Bylaws for the Advisory Commission
on Persons with Disabilities as written.
