EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: Paragon Plastic Surgery is requesting approval of a variance to Sign Ordinance No.
704-J, as amended, for an attached non-illuminated wall sign located at 1130 N.
Carroll Avenue, Suite 100, within the Cedar Ridge development.
DETAILS: Paragon Plastic Surgery is requesting a variance for an existing attached, non-
illuminated dimensional letter sign that does not meet the required 2-inch minimum
thickness specified in Sign Ordinance No. 704-J. The sign was installed without a
permit, and the applicant now seeks approval to retain it.

obtain a sign permit prior to installation. All signage must be reviewed and
approved through the City’s permitting process before any installation takes
place.
