deeds recorded in County Clerk's File No. D224193612, and D224193640, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas. Said 1.028 acres of land being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2” iron rod found at the intersection of the South boundary line of the said Urbannest Investments
Southerly tract, and the East line of WOODSEY COURT (a 50' prescriptive right-of-way), same point lying in the North
boundary line of a tract of land conveyed to Naresh Dhaubanjar & Nilu Dhaubanjar, by a deed recorded in County
Clerk's file No. D220185513, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas,
