RESOLUTION NO.78-19
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas did appoint a Zonina Board of Adjust-
ment by Resolution 77-25 on June 7, 1977, AND;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 161 calls for five persons
to serve on such Board, AND;
WHEREAS, R. V. Trammell, no longer resides in the
City of Southlake, NOW;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
TEXAS, THAT:
COLON SWEET IS hereby appointed to replace R. V. Trammell as Chairman
on said Board and to serve the remainder of his term until May 1, 1979.
