Coucilperson Louise Morrison requested that the minutes to the last regular meeting be f i read aloud. Mayor Hawk suggested that Council- person Morrison read the minutes aloud. The 3ninutes were approved as corrected Mr. Tom Maury (passible new purchaser of WOLF'S Wolf Steakhouse) was present to inauire STEAKHOUSE. about the zoning of the property and to optain the councils opinion on any future zoning pertaining to the Liquor License. Mayor Hawk stated that the council,has the option to review the renewing of any Liquor License if they chose to do so. Doug Campbell I stated that there is aiallotted time that the council must review the renewal of a License if there is any question or doubt that it be pfeasible or the license will be automatically renewed if the revttiw is waived. I j i losed Session: The`City Secretary did not attend the session. 1 E ere being no further business Mayor Hawk journed the meeting. 1 f j 1 i Mayor ATTEST: j City Secreta RESOLUTION NO. 78-14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South- lake, Texas, did pass and approve Ordinance No. 203, wherein provision is made for the appoint- ment of members to the Planning & Zoning Com- mission, AND, WHEREAS, three apppointments must be made to fill vacancies currently existing in the places of James Harrell, Lloyd Martinson, and Virginia Clow, AND, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Southlake does hereby submit the name of James Harrell to serve a term of 3 years as of May 1, 1978 as Commission Member, Lloyd Martinson to serve a term of 2 years as of May 1, 1978 as a Commission Member and Virginia Clow to serve a term of 2 years as of May 1, 1978 as a Commission Member'. 'I 3P=RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHI AKE, TEXAS, THAT: James Harrell be and is hereby appointed by the City Council to the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve until Mayl, 1981, thereafter; that Lloyd Martinson be and is hereby appointed to serve until May 1, 1980, and that Virginia Clow be and is hereby appointed to serve until May 1, 1980.
