Narrative for Vacuum Station Installation at Kimball Avenue Site
We are pleased to propose the installation of a set of vacuum stations on the Kimball Avenue side of our
site. This addition comes in direct response to consistent and enthusiastic requests from our customers,
who have expressed strong interest in having access to vacuum services for vehicle interiors.
The location has been selected with thoughtful consideration to ensure it integrates smoothly into the
overall site layout. Positioned near the Kimball Avenue intersection, the stations are situated away from
residential areas and high -traffic zones, eliminating any potential for noise, disruption, or congestion.
Their placement ensures ease of access while maintaining the smooth flow of traffic within the property.
The area is naturally screened by existing trees and bushes, which help the stations blend seamlessly into
the environment and preserve the site's aesthetic appeal. From a design perspective, the vacuum units
match the Chevron Blue and the existing canopy colors of the building, maintaining visual consistency
with the current site theme.
The space for the vacuums was selected with parking access for customers in mind. The vacuums are
positioned away from the main building, further ensuring minimal disruptions.
We have also captured drone photography to provide clear visual context for the placement and
surrounding environment, showcasing how the stations complement the site's existing landscape.
This enhancement reflects our continued commitment to delivering added value to our customers while
being mindful of the community and site integrity. We are excited to bring this amenity to life and are
