along with his builder, Andrew Haddack, 305 Glade Valley Rd., Azle, Tx., and a gentleman
who resides at 545 Coventry Dr., Grapevine, Tx. Questions were asked.
Vice Chairman Forman opened the public hearing.
Asif Husain, 1801 Riviera Ln, Southlake, Tx., did not wish to speak but was in support of
the item.
A motion was made to deny Item 7, ZA25-0035 subject to the Staff Report dated August
15th, 2025, and subject to the Development Plan Review Summary No.3 dated August 15th,
2025.
