SUBJECT: MUNICIPAL COURT ACTIVITY REPORT NOVEMBER, 1979
DATE: DECEMBER 18, 1979
The following report accurately reflects Municipal Court Activity inso far as
availables records indicate. The discrepency, if in fact there is one, would
make the figures higher than reported.
The current system of record keeping in Municipal Court does not readily lend itself
to quick, accurate information concering court activity. I have started a daily
log which when coupled to the court docket will furnish you with a complete
breakdown of citation activity for each month and will enable you at a glance to
monitor activity.

SOUTHLAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT
FINDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS
CONCERNING REASONS FOR SUSPENDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL
THIRTY DAYS ANY CHANGE IN FEE SCHEDULE OF TRI-COUNTY
ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
The reasons of the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas, for the cosideration and passing of Resolution Number
79- 5 9 , which reasons were adopted by the said City Council
prior to the actual passage of such Resolution, are as follows:
I. The application for fee adjustment was received by the City
of Southlake, Texas, at a time when the City Council was involved
in preparing a budget for the said City and was not able to spend
adequate time in review of the said application and believes that
an additional thirty (30) days or more will be needed in order
to adequately review the application.
II. It will be necessary and proper for the citizens of the City
of Southlake, Texas, to engage in public hearings and hear discus-
sions bothby the regulatory body and Utility at rate hearings,
which rate hearing date the Council will set later in this said
Council meeting.
The above findings made by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, this 18th day of December, 1979.
