1. Call to Order: Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Shawn McCaskill
2. SPIN2025-07 – An applicant is proposing a 3-lot residential subdivision at 2530 Johnson Rd.
within SPIN Neighborhood #11.
3. SPIN2025-08 – An applicant is proposing a 16-lot residential subdivision on Arthur Janes
property, known as Jane’s Creek, generally located at 1318-1360 N. Peytonville Ave., and
1352-1354 Post Oak Trail, within SPIN Neighborhood #5
4. SPIN2025-09 – An applicant is proposing a conversion of an existing vacant home at 1170
N. White Chapel Blvd. to a small business, to be known as Southlake Sno, that will teach
entrepreneurship and raise money for local charities, while selling sno-cones in the summer
and hot chocolate during the winter within SPIN Neighborhood #7.
5. Adjourn.
