as Lots 1 and 2, Murrays Subdivision and located at 1211 and 1213 Brumlow Ave.
• Current Zoning: “I-1” Light Industrial District
• Proposed Zoning: “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Site Plan to
allow and existing kennel as a permitted conforming use, along with the current “I-1”
Light Industrial uses and regulation.
