SECTION 1.
The taxes authorized by the Local Sales and TTse 'Tax Act,
Art. 1066c, V.C.T.S., on the reeeints from the sale, production,
distribution, lease or rectal of, and the use,, storage, or
other consumption of gas and electricity for residential- use as
authorized by Section 4A, Article 106hc V. C. T.S. be and the
same are bereby continued.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall- become effective and be in full force
and effect from and after its passa?,e.
