Sparger x x The purpose of the Special City RESOLUTION Morrison x x Council Meeting was to officially 79-7 Urbanosky x canvass the votes from the April APPROVED 7,1979 Municipal Election. Resolution 79-7 was approved by unanimous vote. The resolution states that as a result of the municipal election, Mayor Pat Hawk will serve as Mayor until April 1981; Place 1 Councilperson will be AC Urbanosky until April 1981; and Place 2 Councilperson will be Lloyd Latta, until 1981, April. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Mayor. ~ Hawk. 4~ Mayor AT EST: j i I City S-Z ec etary I; i i i RESOLUTION NO. 79-7 WHEREAS, there was held in the City of Southlake, Texas, on the 7th day of April, 1979, an election for Mayor, and for City Councilpersons in Place 1 and Place 2; And, WHEREAS, there were cast at said election S89 votes as shown in the official election returns hereto- fore lawfully submitted to the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, and filed with the City Secretary of said City; And, WHEREAS, only duly qualified resident electors of said City voted at said election, and said election was called and held in strict conformity with the laws of the State of Texas, And, WHEREAS, the results of said election were duly canvassed by the City Council of the City of Southlake on the 9th day of April, 1979, showed the following results: MAYOR: Martin R.
