Mayors Report: Mayor Hawk indicated that we are wor - ing closely with Conrad Heed and the Census Staff in arriving at an agreeable count for Southlake's 1980 Census. An extensive discussion was held concerning a possible Resolution prohibiting all outdoor fires of any form without a permit. Roger Baird, a citizen, went on record as being totally against the "no burning resolution". During the public hearing, citizens who spoke in favor were; Ed Rhodes, Mary Dorsett, and Leonard Russell. Present zoning is Ag. request was for the "S" Service Comme - cial District. During the public hearing, Jerry Blac and Lloyd Martinson spoke against the change. Records show that all property owners within the 200 feet were against the zoning change. Representing Fultz's were Dave Willia s manager of the Nursery, and Milt Cotter, consultant for Kathy Fultz.
