WHEREAS, the C itv of Sou+n!ak.e desi- es to ^(_�rstr:jct mu!tkuse 'Frai!s
aiong FM 1109 in Southlake in accordance with the Traffic Management Bond
Program approved by the voters in 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) desires to
accommodate the construction and use of the Trails; and
WHEREAS, TxDOT has certain requirements that the City of Southlake
must adhere to for this construction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake is in agreement with these certain
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE:
Section 1.
The Mayor of the City of Southlake is hereby authorized to execute the Multi -Use
Agreement on behalf of the City of Southlake for the construction and
maintenance of Multi -Use Trails along FM 1709 within the City of Southlake.
Section 2.
This resolution is in full force and effect from and after its passage as provided by
law.
