CALL TO ORDER Southlake Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan called the meeting to order at 6.00 P.M. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE MAY 273 2025, SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING Chair Tamara McMillan presented item 2A, approval of the minutes from the May 27, 2025, Southlake Arts Council meeting. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the minutes from the May 27, 20251 Southlake Arts Council meeting as presented. PUBLIC FORUM Chair McMillan opened the Public Forum at 6:01 P.M. There being no one to speak, the Public Forum was closed at 6:01 P.M. 4. CONSIDER 4A. RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE THE FY 2026 PUBLIC ART FUND BUDGET. Business Manager Milenka Lopez presented Item 4A and was available to answer questions. APPROVED A motion was made to recommend approval of the FY2026 Public Art Fund Budget. FALL EXHIBIT DISCUSSION Business Manager of Community Services, Milenka Lopez, presented item 5A and confirmed with the Arts Council that artist Greg Davis agreed to participate in the Fall exhibit. The Southlake Arts Council discussed the upcoming Fall Exhibit. Milenka was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: NA 5B. MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER UPDATE Business Manager of Community Services, Milenka Lopez, presented Item 5B and updated the Arts Council that the Call to Artists has been published.
