Mustang Court Business Park is a commerce center for Light industrial uses
Located within the City of SouthLake off Mustang Court road. The proposed EV
chargers will be installed for tenant utilization and will be maintained by
Brookfield Properties (Landlord). In total, the park will have (7) total chargers
that are able to serve (14) parking spaces.
Ex. CED, a current tenant within the park, has requested chargers to be
installed for employees to charge their electric vehicles during work hours.
