401 Keen Ct - Neighbor support letters for the home facing north 6-2-25.pdf,

Attached are the letters that we have received at this point I do expect to get one or two more, but I
wanted to get you these 5 which are all in favor of enabling the Patels to face their home north as
shown in their permit application.
Also, I had an in person meeting on Friday afternoon with Karen Brooks who lives at 2640 Ridgecrest,
and Jennifer & Jeremy Tyrell who live at 2660 Ridgecrest. At the conclusion of the meeting, I
believe we have an agreement that they will support the home facing north, with the following 5
commitments from the Patels:
1. plant an evergreen hedge along the west side of the driveway to screen the garage motor court
2. plant some 4 inch caliper live oaks along the west side of the driveway to further screen the home
3. any fencing towards ridgecrest to be open metal fencing (not solid cedar privacy)
4. adding a window into the hallway area of the home to improve the look of the home from the west
5. confirm in writing and restrict that there will not be any driveway access onto Ridgecrest, and only
driveway access to Keen Ct.
The Patel's are willing to make all of these commitments, which I am hoping will resolve this issue
quickly with Council. I will be prepared to review all of this at tomorrow night's meeting. Let me know
if you need anything additional from me prior to the meeting.
