Chair McMillan asked if there were any revisions to the minutes. No revisions were discussed. TOWN MURALS DISCUSSION Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez and City Council member, Kathy Talley presented updates to an upcoming Public Art in Town Square Policy that is being developed and were available to answer questions about the current process in place for murals in Town Square. Direction to staff: Update Arts Council on policy as necessary 4B. LIBERTY GARDEN ART INSTALLATION Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented an update for item 413 to the Arts Council and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Update Arts Council on art installation time frame 4C. ARIA SOUND SYSTEM UPDATE Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber presented item 4C to the Arts Council for updates and discussion and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Include updates on upcoming Arts Council meeting agendas 4D. FY23 EVENTS SLAC Chair McMillan and Community presented item 4D to the Arts Council available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: None 4E. PUBLIC ARTS TOUR Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber for updates and discussion and was Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented an update for item 4E to the Arts Council and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff: Gather more information for February 11t" tour date. SOUTHLAKE PRESENTS MARKETING PLAN PRESENTATION Southlake Youth Action Commission presented the proposed marketing plan for the upcoming Southlake Presents event and asked for feedback from the Arts Council. Marketing elements included website updates, email notifications, social media posts, and digital and print sign advertising. Direction to Staff: Send Tamara any press releases before publication. 6.
