Consent A. Approve the minutes from the January 10, 2022- Motion to approve the minutes with no corrections was made by Noor-E-Saher Ahmed and seconded by Safiy Islam. Motion carried (6-0). 3. Discussion A. Volunteer Opportunities Information Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented an overview of future volunteer opportunities for SYAC, including the Adopt -A -Street Cleanup event scheduled for February 28, and was available to answer questions. B. Citizen Satisfaction Survey Results Report- Guest Speaker- Bora Sulollari, Management Assistant Management Assistant, Bora Sulollari from the City Manager's Office presented the Citizen Satisfaction Survey results and was available to answer questions. C. CIP Project- Communication- Vicky Schiber, Community Relations Manager Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber presented the communication aspect of the City CIP process and was available to answer questions. 4. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:24 p.m. was made by Saarim Syed and seconded by Allison Bedwell.
