Management Assistant- This item allows for Management Assistant, Bora
Sulollari from the City Manager's Office to present the Citizen Satisfaction Survey
results for discussion. No packet document.
C. CIP Protect- Communication- Vicky Schiber, Community Relations Manager -
This item allows for a presentation of the communication aspect of the City CIP
process. No packet document.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Srishthi Das, Noor-E-Saher Ahmed, Nicole Beres, Sana Khan,
Sophia Wilwayco, Allison Bedwell, Safiy Islam, Ayana Perera, Sophia Ahmed, Eesha Bethi,
Saarim Syed, Katy Lin, and Ria Singh

Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 4:16 PM
2. Consent
A. Approve the minutes from the December 13, 2021- Motion to approve the
minutes with no corrections was made by Sana Khan and seconded by Noor-
E-Saher Ahmed. Motion carried (6-0).
3. Discussion
A. Volunteer Opportunities Information
Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber, presented an overview of
future volunteer opportunities for SYAC, including the Sweetheart Dance, and
was available to answer questions.
B. Guest Speaker- CIP Project- Civil Engineer, Kevin Taylor
City Civil Engineer, Kevin Taylor presented on the City's design and site visit
aspect of the City CIP process and he was available to answer questions.
4. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:26 p.m. was made by Allison
Bedwell and seconded by Saarim Syed. Motion carried (7-0)
