volunteer opportunities for SYAC in the 2022 calendar year. No packet
document.
B. Guest Speaker- CIP Project- Civil Engineer, Kevin Taylor - This item allows for a
presentation of the design and site visit aspect of the City CIP process. No
packet document.

Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 4:16 PM
2. Consent
A. Approve the minutes from the November 8, 2021- Motion to approve the
minutes with no corrections was made by Allison Bedwell and seconded by
Noor-E-Saher Ahmed. Motion carried (5-0).
3. Discussion
A. Volunteer Opportunities Information
Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented an overview of future
volunteer opportunities for SYAC and was available to answer questions.
B. Guest Speaker- Rotary Club Leadership Opportunities- Lynda E. Warner
Rotary Club member Lynda E. Warner presented the Rotary Youth
Leadership Award opportunity for rising juniors and seniors, explained the
application process, and was available to answer questions.
C. Guest Speaker- CIP Project- Assistant to the City Manager, Lauren LaNeave
Assistant to the City Manager, Lauren LaNeave, presented on the City's CIP
funding process and was available to answer questions.
4. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 p.m. was made by Noor-E-
Saher Ahmed and seconded by Allison Bedwell. Motion carried (5-0)
