minutes with no corrections was made by Sana Khan and seconded by Katy

A. Election of SYAC Chair
Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented item 3A to SYAC for
consideration. The board briefly discussed the election of Chair.

Commission.

Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented an overview of scheduled
SYAC events for the year and SYAC members discussed possible
scheduling conflicts.
B. Adopt a Street Clean Up Date
Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented the Adopt a Street
program and SYAC discussed potential dates. Monday November 15 was
chosen as the first Street Clean Up date.
C. Volunteer Opportunities Information
Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented an overview of future
volunteer opportunities for SYAC and was available to answer questions.
D. CIP Project Information

on the City's master planning and CIP process and was available to answer
questions.
4. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:22p.m. was made by Sana Khan
and seconded by Katy Lin. Motion carried (6-0)
