the City Council of the City of Southlake will conduct this meeting virtually in order to advance the public
health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the
Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the

Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 4:18PM
2. Consent
A. Approve the minutes from the November 16, 2020- Motion to approve the
minutes with two corrections was made by Katy Lin and seconded by Aaron
Ahmed. Motion carried (13-0)
3. Consider
A. Recommendation of Service Projects- The Board discussed. Motion to
approve group participation in monthly serve projects was made by Katy Lin
and seconded by Eesha Bethi. Motion carried (13-0)
B. Recommendation on Intern Day- The Board discussed. Motion to approve an
intern day was made by Katy Lin and seconded by Eesha Bethi. Motion
carried (13-0)
4. Discussion
A. Guest Speaker — Jessica McBride, Communication and Marketing Manager -
Office of Marketing and Communication presented an overview of her role and
job duties within the City
5. Adjournment — meeting was adjourned at 5:11 PM
