Chris;
Attached find three exhibits for you and the members of the Park Board for the May 8 meeting.
The area highlighted in the red hatch is on the southern end of our project and is approximately 2.9 acres. This property is
adjacent to the City's existing park land which is highlighted in the lighter green color on the exhibit. It is our intention to donate
the land to the City with no compensation to us. We are in the process of re -platting the property and will create a sperate lot
for this tract of land. Once we have filed the plat later this year, we will convey the property to the City.
Let me know if you need anything further from me.
