Members Present: Chair MaryLee Alford, Vice Chair Greta Schumacher, and SAC members
Brent Mcllvain, William Meddings, Bernadette MacDermott
Commission Members Absent: SAC members John Slocum, Julie Walter, and Alternate
Patty Rogers
Staff Members Present: Hospitality and Sales Manager of Legends Hall at The Marq
Southlake Crystal Maddalena, Deputy Director of Community Services Ryan McGrail, and
Senior Services Coordinator Soheila Phelps
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Alford called the meeting of the Senior Advisory Commission to order at 1:00 P.M.
2. CONSENT
Consent Agenda items are considered routine by the Commission and are enacted with
one motion.
A. Approve the minutes from the May 13, 2025, Senior Advisory Commission Meeting
Chair Alford presented Item 2A, including approval of the May 13, 2025,
meeting minutes. Chair Alford asked if there were any revisions to the minutes.
No revisions.
APPROVED
A motion was made to approve the minutes of May 13, 2025.

Ayes: Alford, Schumacher, MacDermott, Mcllvain, Meddings
Nays: None
Abstention: 0
