MAYORS REPORT:
Gary Fuller, president of the Voluntee
Firefighters, presented Unit 3009
to the City of Southlake, by presenten
a Key to Mayor Sparger. Mr. Fuller
informed Council of the various fund
raising activities the Department
has had. He added," Here is one of
the Departments contributions back
to you."
Councilperson Westerholm reported
that he and CouncilperoD Stricker
attended a meeting for the establish-
ment of a Tarrant County Arson
Investigating Force.

A public hearing on the proposed BUDGET
FY82 Budget was held, however, re- PUBLIC

budget is $674,750.00.
ZA 81-4. A Special Use Permit for the
Sale of On-Premises Alcoholic ZA 81-4
Stricker x Beverages was granted to Joe and SPECIAL
Westerholm x x Bettye Hart for the Wolf's Club. USE

Massey x x Hart's attorney, Joe McSpadden was
also present for the continuation
of the public hearing. There were
no comments from the audience
during the public hearing.
Stricker x ZA 81-25. This request for final ZA 81-2_
Westerholm x plat of Lot 1 Fiddlers Green Estates TABLED
McCombs x x was tabled until the owner, George
Massey x x Smith presents the final plat for
approval.
Stricker x Approval was given for Officer
Westerholm x x Eric Reed to attend a school on
McCombs x x September 21-25.

Stricker x Approval was given for the Court
Westerholm x x Clerk to attend a seminar in
McCombs x x Amarillo. Council agreed to pay
Massey x the expenses.
