The Minutes of the June 2,1981,
meeting were approved as presented.
MAYORS REPORT:
Mayor Sparger announced that there
would be a worksession on June 22,
at 7:30 p.m. for discussion on
the Bond Program. Tom Anderlitsch,
the cities bonding agent will be
present.
Ed Rhodes, a citizen,spoke on
fireworks in the cities extraterri-
torial jurisdiction. He expressed
great concern over the fire hazard
that fireworks create.

Massey x A lengthy discussion was held con-
cerning the extreme traffic flow the
subdivision will create for Southlake
of Highway 114.
Motion was made and approved that
the request be disapproved until such
time as the State Highway Department
will take action to approve a cross-
over-on Highway 114 at the entrance
to the subdivision to handle the
heavy flow of traffic.
A public hearing was held to REVENUE
determine the expenditure of the SHARING
FY81 Revenue Sharing Allotment. The FY 81
estimated allotment is $15,000.
There were no comments from the publi
during the public hearing.
Latta x Motion was made and approved to apply
Stricker x ,x the Revenue Sharing Funds to the
Westerholm x x purchase of a Communications System
Massey x for the Police and Fire Departments.
ZA 81-16. The zoning request for ZA 81-16.

Dan Gossett stated that it was the
opinion of Carter and Burgess that
drainage was a great concern and that
additional drainage calculations
must be submitted.
Latta x x Motion was made and approved that the

during the public hearing.

longer with the City.
Approval was given to place George

It was established that the priority
list for the water line updating in
Southlake will be as follows:
South White Chapel Blvd., West South-
lake Blvd., and North White Chapel
Blvd., in that order.
