INVOCATION: Mayor Sparger The Minutes of the April 21,1981 meeting were approved as presented. MAYORS REPORT: Mayor Sparger reported to Council that the street priority list was delivered to County Commissioner, Lyn Gregory, along with the $5,000. donation. Stricker x Resolution 81-14 was approved, RESOLUTI, Westerholm x appointing Marion Bone to the Plannin 81-14 McCombs x x and Zoning Commission, to fill the APPROVED Massey x x unexpired term of Bruce McCombs. Mr. Bone took the Oath of Office. Councilperson Massey requested the WELCOMIN.,, forming of a Welcoming Committee COMMITTEE Stricker x for the City of Southlake. She in- PLANNED Westerholm x x dicated that the purpose would be McCombs x x to welcome new citizens to the City Massey x and to inform them of various items of inportance. The committee will meet once per month, according to Ms. Massey. Motion was made and approved to pursue the planning. Motion was made and approved to table the item.
