The Minutes of the April 21,1981
meeting were approved as presented.
MAYORS REPORT:
Mayor Sparger reported to Council
that the street priority list was
delivered to County Commissioner,
Lyn Gregory, along with the $5,000.
donation.
Stricker x Resolution 81-14 was approved, RESOLUTI,
Westerholm x appointing Marion Bone to the Plannin 81-14
McCombs x x and Zoning Commission, to fill the APPROVED
Massey x x unexpired term of Bruce McCombs.
Mr. Bone took the Oath of Office.
Councilperson Massey requested the WELCOMIN.,,
forming of a Welcoming Committee COMMITTEE
Stricker x for the City of Southlake. She in- PLANNED
Westerholm x x dicated that the purpose would be
McCombs x x to welcome new citizens to the City
Massey x and to inform them of various items
of inportance. The committee will
meet once per month, according to
Ms. Massey. Motion was made and
approved to pursue the planning.
