CITY STAFF PRESENT: City Manager;
Lloyd 0. Latta Jr. Director of Public
Works; Bill LeGrand. City Engineer;
Eddie Cheatham.
Mayor Westerholm called the meeting
to order and explained the reason for
the Emergency City Council Meeting
is to consider the plans for proposed
State Highway Improvements at
Highway 114 and Sam School Road. The
plat with a Project Number CC353-03-51
was presented to the City of
Southlake for signature by I.B.M.
Mr. Walts of I.B.M. explained that the
must pick up the plat, signed, by
Tuesday morning so that additional
signatures could be acquired by
the City of Westlake and the State
Highway Department.
Councilperson Jim Wooll stepped down
as he has a vested interest.
After discussion, motion was made
