Mayor Latta announced that the
purpose of the Special meeting was
to allow Council to go into closed
executive session as allowed under
Vernon's Texas Annotated Statutes,
Article 6252-17g. Personnel.
At that time, Council, along with
the City Attorney and City Secretary
went into closed session.
