Consider: ZA 84-6. Preliminary Plat approval for a 45.271 acre tract of land out of the Thomas Easter Survey, Abstract 474. The subdivision is to be known as Southlake Bank Place. Owners: John Moore, David Bradley, James E. Burger, Richard C. Eakins, Derrell E. Johnson, K. Wayne Lee and Nick H. Theodore. Property is currently zoned light industrial. 7. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONERS: Jeff Ault and Lisle Shuping. CITY STAFF PRESENT: Fire Chief; R.P. Steele, Police Chief; Ted Phillips, City Attorney; Bill Smith and City Engineer; Eddie Cheatham. INVOCATION: Lloyd Latta. The Minutes of the February 7, city council meeting were approved as presented. MAYORS REPORT: Mayor Sparger reported on a meeting which was held with TRA concerning sewer services to the City of South- lake. Westerholm indicated that work is being done to the park with the addition of a third ballfield. Mike Woolsey came before Council in an effort to convince council to square off the intersection of North White Chapel Road and East Dove Road. He offered to make necessary changes and also to pur- chase needed signs. COUN(ILI'ERSON PAGE: 2 I NI)EX A discussion was held concerning the possible amendment to Ordinance No. 261, allowing for special use permits under agricultural zoning district. Council, in a poll, agreed they did not wish to further consider the amendment. After discussion, concerning setting a curfew on businesses in Southlake, Mayor Sparger indicated he would talk with Express Concrete in an effort to get them to cooperate along these lines. ZA 83-46. Joe Baker was present to ZA 83-46. present his request for replat of REPLAT Lot 2 of the Dilg Place Addition. ZA 84-4. Approval was given to the ZA 84-4 replat of Lots 14 and 15, Block 1 REPLAT Latta x of the Mission Hills Addition. Bone x x A discussion was held concerning the hold harmless agreement presented to Council at the request of the Planning and Zoning Commission, in regards to the lake which falls on lots in Mission Hills Estates, owned by Light. The preliminary plat of ZA 84-6 Southlake Bank Place was reviewed SOUTHLAI-2 by Council. The minutes of the P & Z BANK meeting were discussed, as was the PLACE Latta x x review letter written by city enginee . Westerholm x x Motion was made and approved to McCombs x approve the preliminary plat with the Eubanks x requirement that they widen the street Bone x and bring it up to the city ordinance E. Eddie Cheatham indicated he has no problem with the 50' right-of-way if they will provide easements. Latta I x Motion was made to reconsider ZA 84-6 Westerholm x It was approved.
