Addition. Owner: Joe Baker.
5. Consider: Replat of Lots 14 and 15, Block 1 of the Mission
Hills Addition. Owner: Dan R. Light. ZA 84-4.
6. Consider: ZA 84-6. Preliminary Plat approval for a 45.271
acre tract of land out of the Thomas Easter
Survey, Abstract 474. The subdivision is to be
known as Southlake Bank Place. Owners: John
Moore, David Bradley, James E. Burger, Richard
C. Eakins, Derrell E. Johnson, K. Wayne Lee and
Nick H. Theodore. Property is currently zoned
light industrial.
7. Consider: Department Reports.
8. Consider: Bills for approval.

The Minutes of the February 7, city
council meeting were approved as
presented.
MAYORS REPORT:
Mayor Sparger reported on a meeting
which was held with TRA concerning
sewer services to the City of South-
lake.
Westerholm indicated that work is
being done to the park with the
addition of a third ballfield.
Mike Woolsey came before Council
in an effort to convince council
to square off the intersection of
North White Chapel Road and East
Dove Road. He offered to make
necessary changes and also to pur-
chase needed signs. If was un-
officially decided by council
with the advice of the city attorney,
that Woolsey would need to relocate
the easement which runs across his
property as per the city ordinances.

A discussion was held concerning the
possible amendment to Ordinance No.
261, allowing for special use permits
under agricultural zoning district.
Council, in a poll, agreed they did
not wish to further consider the
amendment.
After discussion, concerning setting
a curfew on businesses in Southlake,
Mayor Sparger indicated he would talk
with Express Concrete in an effort
to get them to cooperate along
these lines.
