INVOCATION: Bruce McCombs. The minutes of the January 3, city council meeting were approved, as were the minutes of the January 10, special city council meeting. MAYORS REPORT: Mayor Sparger read a letter which was a copy of one addressed to C.R. Ballinger, city manager, of Colley- ville, concerning sewer system expansion plans for the Trinity River Authority. The letter is apart of the minutes. Sparger indicated he wished to answer the letter and ask for support from councilpersons.
