6. Discussion: Tax Levy Ordinance No. 283.
7. Consider: Approval for Judge and Court Clerk to
attend 1983 Annual Seminar Dallas, Texas.

The minutes of the July 19, City
Council meeting were approved. During
Mayor's report Johnny Westerholm
shared with everyone his trip to
North Brook Ill. and a visit to 6 of
their 20 parks in.the city. He had
information if anyone was interested.
Mayor Sparger advised the Council of
Sandy LeGrand's recovery and her
Thank You note for the flowers.
ZA 83-26. Zoning request fora one
Westerholm X X (1) acre tract of land out of the
McCombs X X Benjamin J. Foster survey, abstract
Bone X 519. Current zoning is Agricultural
Loris X request is for the Heavy Commercial
District. Owner: Margaret Robertson
Charles Nation was present and advis-
ed the building would be a Pledicial
building. The zoning was approved
as requested
ZA 83-22. Final Plat approval for
Westerholm X Randal Mill Estates. Property in the
McCombs X X extraterritorial jurisdiction. All
Bone X correction were made on plat as
Loris X X subject from P&.Z. Although Plat
was tabled due to the fact the owner
was out of town and there were sev-
eral questions on the water dis-
tribution in the sub-division.
Mayor Sparger and Mr. Louie Johnson
will meet in a work session with the
owner and this will be placed on the
agenda at a later date.

Facility, Landscaping- Johnny West-
erholm had only recieved one bid and
this was on the plants and planting
from Ragan's Plant Farm, this did not
inclucb the water system. The matter
was left open until bids on the water
system are available.
Purposed fiscal 1984 budget was dis-
cussed.
Westerholm X Tax Levy Ordinance No. 283 was dis-
McCombs X X cussed and motion made to adopt Ord-
Bone X inance and limit funds to appropiate
Loris X X budget.
Approval was given for the Judge and
Westerholm X X Court Clerk to attend the 1983 Semina
:Combs X X held in Dallas in September.
