Director Dennis Killough noted that this will be the final Planning & Zoning meeting before
the summer break. The next meeting is scheduled for August 7, 2025. He also noted that a
Corridor meeting will take place on June 23, 2025.

Vice Chairman Michael Forman stated that he is filling in for Chairman Daniel Kubiak who is
out. He also noted that some of the agenda items may be addressed out of order.
