SOUTHLAKE SISTER CITY UPDATE Mr. Jeff Wang, President of the Southlake Sister Cities (SSC), provided an update and presented the SSC scholarship recipients, artwork winner for the 2025 SSC mug and honored the Youth Board members who received the President's Volunteer Service Award. 4. A SALUTE TO FUTURE DEFENDERS: A CEREMONY FOR MILITARY-BOUND GRADUATES REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES, JUNE 3, 2025 Page 1 of 14 Mayor McCaskill recognized a distinguished group of high school graduates who have exemplified academic excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to service through their enrollment in a military academy, ROTC program, or enlistment in the armed forces. He then welcomed Mr. Milan Georgia to the podium to offer words of encouragement to the honorees.
