Item 9A - Demonstration and PlansZQ% SOUTHLAKE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SIGN VARIANCE APPLICATION Demonstration Please demonstrate that the following conditions are applicable to the requested sign variance: That a literal enforcement of the sign regulation will create an unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty on the applicant. The existing Master Sign Plan will not allow the use of the customer brand colors, the landlord has approved the use of the brand colors for the customer in their lease agreement. ?. That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected property and is not self imposed. Previous Master Sign Plan that was put into place will not allow the use of colored faces on the building signage. That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted development of adjacent properties. Sign will be made to the high quality required by the city of Southlake and will meet all city ordinance requirements to be compatible to sign standards. 4. That the variance will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
