Cash Acres (Lot 2), 1998 - Quitclaim Deed "\\ r- \; \.1 QUITCLAIM DEED Ot-FICIAL RECORD STATE OF TEXAS PRESENTS: COUNTY OF TARRANT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE That the City Council of the City of South lake, County of Tarrant, State of Texas, after careful study and consideration, has determined that a portion of right-of-way on South White Chapel Boulevard located in Cash Acres Addition in the City of Southlake, hereinafter specifically described and depicted as Lot 2 on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, is not being used by, nor useful or convenient to the public in general; therefore, it constitutes a public charge without a corresponding public benefit, and the public would be better served and benefitted by its vacation and abandonment. For and in consideration of the above findings and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Southlake ("Grantor") does hereby bargain, sell, release, vacate, abandon and forever quitclaim unto: VIRGIL CASH ("Grantee"), and any and all of its heirs, legal representatives or assigns, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to to the following described real property situated in Tarrant County, Texas, to wit: See Exhibit I A ': Legal Description See Exhibit I B ': Graphic Depiction Further, the attached Exhibit "C" documents the approval of these abandonments by the utility companies, and Exhibit "D" documents the approval of the adjacent property owners.
