One objective of this ordinance is the preservation of these trees while allowing quality development to take place. All development must also comply with the City's Tree Preservation Ordinance. 4.2 EXISTING TREE CREDITS: Credits shall only be granted if the tree/s are in healthy condition and all requirements of the Tree Preservation Ordinance have been met as determined by the Landscape Administrator at the time of inspection for a Permanent Certificate of Occupancy. a.
