• Current Zoning: “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District
• Proposed Zoning: “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Site Plan for
Carrus Care Southlake to add “outpatient mental health care facility” to the existing
“S-P-1” regulations as a permitted use.
