Southlake Blvd., N, Carroll Ave., Main St., and Central Ave. • Current Zoning: “DT” Downtown District • The purpose of this request is to seek approval for a Specific Use Permit to allow for a Mass Gathering titled Southlake Hispanic Heritage Celebration, to be held in Southlake Town Square in September.
