DETAILS: The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Site Plan from
“S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to amend
regulations pertaining to fencing/screening requirements. CISD is seeking to remove the
districts obligation to maintain in perpetuity the fencing of properties that share a property
line with Carroll Senior High School.
