Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services Jennifer Crosby provided a formal
presentation of Item 6 per Chairman Kubiak's request. Questions were asked.
Applicant, Nick Caram, 2604 Pemberton Dr., Ft. Worth, Tx., came forward. Questions were
asked.
A motion was made to approve Item 6 on the agenda SV25-0005 subject to the staff report
dated May 16th, 2025, specifically approving the letter style but denying the color variance.
