• Requested Zoning: “SF1-A” Single Family Residential District
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Site Plan for
401 Keen Ct. that would permit the front of the home to face northward (toward Keen
Ct.) instead of westward (toward Ridgecrest Dr.).
